<When an order exceeding the specified quantity is confirmed>
There is a prescribed quantity that one family can purchase, and it is not possible to accept an excess order in any case. Please understand. In addition, if you place an overorder, we will cancel the excess order in accordance with our regulations. Please note that in the case of over-order payment, we will refund the amount deducted from the fee at the time of refund.
Please note that we may refuse orders at the discretion of Medicom Toy, even if the above cases or cases do not apply. Thank you for your understanding and understanding.
Regarding the deadline for cancellation of your order
<For limited quantity items> In principle, we cannot accept cancellations.
<For made-to-order products> We accept orders for up to 5 days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the order deadline.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email mct.tokyo@medicomtoy.co.jp.
We will cancel it. No cancellations will be accepted after the above deadline. In the case of made-to-order products, we will aggregate the orders after the order deadline and start manufacturing the products. Thank you for your understanding.
