Exchange / return of goods
If you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact Medicom Toy User Support by telephone in advance. Please exchange or return the product within 8 days after delivery.

Exchange / Return Shipping
If it is due to our company (defective / wrong product), return it to Medicom Toy User Support by cash on delivery. In that case, we will bear the shipping cost. Also, please note that any defects or damages that occurred during transportation from our company to the customer will not be considered defective.
Exchange or return is not possible in the following cases
* When scratches, damage, stains, etc. occur at the convenience of the customer
* If more than 8 days have passed since the arrival of the product without any special circumstances

About cooling off
